Cordant Pharmacy Solutions™ is a managed medication-assisted treatment (MAT) pharmacy program that focuses on supporting clinicians who treat patients for opioid use disorder using buprenorphine or other addiction treatment medications, like Vivitrol® and Sublocade®.
The program works by delivering buprenorphine dispensed by Cordant’s pharmacy to the patient during the time of their treatment visit, or for telemedicine programs, to the patient’s home. For patients receiving long-acting injectable therapies, Cordant delivers Vivitrol and Sublocade to the clinic for administration during their scheduled visit.
Cordant delivers medications to your patients in coordination with their appointments. Medications are supervised by Cordant staff and are never stored in your practice overnight.
Cordant can deliver life-saving naloxone to your patients with their addiction treatment medications, removing the additional burden of visiting a pharmacy and ensuring they have it if needed.

Cordant also offers Vivitrol®, an extended-release once-a-month injection, for providers to administer in their clinic. Sublocade® is also available for providers in select states.

Cordant pharmacists check prescriptions against the state’s prescription drug monitoring program (PDMP) data and alert clinicians to potential risks.
When combined with Cordant's drug testing services, integrated lab and pharmacy data reports increase visibility and insight for prompt intervention, leading to improved patient compliance and adherence to treatment programs.
An on-site Cordant team member may also be able to collect drug testing specimens as ordered by the clinician for clients who use our laboratory services.

Cordant’s on-site managed MAT pharmacy program eliminates many of the barriers to treatment that patients face including stigma, challenges with transportation and limited or no availability of medication when needed, and can help improve patient adherence to their treatment plan.
In a recent survey, 92% of patients said that they are more likely to adhere to their treatment plans and attend their appointments when they receive medication at their doctor’s office through Cordant’s program, and 98% said they feel that Cordant’s pharmacy coordinators treat them with respect and care about their well-being.
NPS is a measure of customer satisfaction and loyalty, with scores over 50 considered “best in class.” Cordant’s score was higher than many popular brands such as Southwest (71), Costco (76), and USAA (72).
