Cordant Pharmacy Solutions™ is a managed medication-assisted treatment (MAT) pharmacy program that focuses on supporting clinicians who treat patients for opioid use disorder using buprenorphine or other addiction treatment medications, like Vivitrol® and Sublocade®.
The program works by delivering buprenorphine dispensed by Cordant’s pharmacy to the patient during the time of their treatment visit, or for telemedicine programs, to the patient’s home. For patients receiving long-acting injectable therapies, Cordant delivers Vivitrol and Sublocade to the clinic for administration during their scheduled visit.
Patients in Cordant’s buprenorphine program showed significantly higher retention rates, especially in the early part of treatment
Patients in Cordant’s program had fewer drug-related ER visits
Patients in Cordant’s program experienced fewer relapse events
