Decia Stenzel
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Since June of 2012, Decia has helped grow and transform the direction of Cordant. Taking the helm as President and CEO in April of 2023, Decia drives success by calling on her 27+ years of leadership positions in sales, marketing, health plans, and operations in the healthcare industry.
With extensive experience at companies including Quest Diagnostics, Decia understands the intricacies and pain points of the healthcare spaces and has a great vision for where Cordant can best help their clients and lead the industry.
Decia was a track and field star at the University of Minnesota, and her extensive training for that led to competitive weightlifting. Nowadays, Decia prefers the more sedate activity of golfing with her husband in her free time.
Amanda Gibbs
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Amanda manages all aspects of our laboratory excellence as well as field operations and client services teams. With 16+ years in the drug testing industry, Amanda understands the demands, compliance issues, pain points, and nuances of the business, and can apply that knowledge to help Cordant deliver unparalleled laboratory services along with data- and insight-driven solutions
for our clients. Amanda also focuses on continuous improvement by applying Lean methodologies. Her previous experience includes 10 years in Public Accounting and 5 years as the CFO at Norchem Drug Testing.
Time away from work is spent with her family in the great outdoors – camping, boating, and hunting.
Chris Watts
CHIEF OF STAFF
Chris is pivotal in positioning Cordant for growth through innovation and efficiency. He touches every department in the company and has a 360-degree view of the critical needs and synergies driving our direction. With an emphasis on process and procedures, his mission is to understand how to use data and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness both at Cordant and for
the benefit of our clients and partners.
In his free time, Chris can be found quilting or riding his road bike all over Denver.
Jesse Munro
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
With 20+ years in the medical industry including 10 years at Cordant Health Solutions in increasing leadership IT positions, Jesse has a deep understanding of and passion for the industry. His over-arching driver is to find and implement means of automating tasks, streamlining process workflows, and generally making the lives of Cordant customers and employees easier and more efficient. In addition to his innovation pursuits, Jesse manages the IT
challenges of security by staying updated on the latest data security software and strategies and manages all internal technology to keep the business running smoothly.
Jesse loves the outdoors and can often be found skiing, off-roading, fly fishing, golfing, and hiking. Family trips include exploring Colorado in their camper.
Staci Hart
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
Staci brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. With two decades of experience within the judicial monitoring and behavioral health toxicology markets, Staci truly brings a unique and specific understanding of the needs of government agencies and treatment providers. Through this understanding, Staci and her teams play a pivotal role in driving the future growth of new customers and managing the well-being of our current customers.
In her free time, Staci can be found camping or at any type of sporting event with her family and friends.
