Decia is Chief Executive Officer of Cordant Health Solutions and a 25-year veteran of the healthcare industry, with a career spanning clinical laboratory science, behavioral health, and managed care — and deep expertise in P&L leadership, M&A integration, and commercial strategy. She built her reputation leading high-growth businesses at Quest Diagnostics, genomics startup Counsyl, and across multiple senior roles at Cordant, growing the company from $12 million to its current value while leading organizations with up to $330 million in revenue and contracting over 50 million insured lives. A University of Minnesota alumna, 1991 NCAA All-American, six-time USA Weightlifting Women’s World Team member, and 2010 Athletic Hall of Fame inductee, Decia brings the same competitive drive to healthcare leadership that defined her athletic career.

Amanda manages all aspects of our laboratory excellence as well as field operations and client services teams. With 16+ years in the drug testing industry, Amanda understands the demands, compliance issues, pain points, and nuances of the business, and can apply that knowledge to help Cordant deliver unparalleled laboratory services along with data- and insight-driven solutions for our clients. Amanda also focuses on continuous improvement by applying Lean methodologies. Her previous experience includes 10 years in Public Accounting and 5 years as the CFO at Norchem Drug Testing.

Time away from work is spent with her family in the great outdoors – camping, boating, and hunting.

Chris plays a pivotal role in positioning Cordant Health Solutions for growth through innovation and operational efficiency. Uniquely cross-functional, he maintains a 360-degree view of the organization, spanning every department and the critical needs and synergies that drive its direction. At the core of his work is a commitment to process improvement and operational foundations, channeled into a clear mission: harnessing data and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness for Cordant, its clients, and its partners.

Anthony is a finance and accounting executive with over 20 years of experience across venture-backed biotech, media, manufacturing, and agriculture. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, raising capital, and leading financial operations at both the CFO and VP level. Anthony holds an MBA from Western Washington University and a BS in Business Finance from the University of Idaho, and is actively engaged in community leadership throughout Central Oregon.

Thomas is Vice President of Sales at Cordant Health Solutions, bringing over 30 years of commercial leadership across toxicology, specialty pharmacy, and behavioral health. He built his reputation scaling high-performing sales organizations at ACM Global Laboratories and Parkview Health Services, and held sales and marketing leadership roles at Quest Diagnostics and Roche Biomedical Laboratories. Tom began his career as a certified Medical Technologist and Forensic Toxicologist — a scientific foundation that sets him apart as a commercial leader in the diagnostics and behavioral health space.

Chelsey brings 20+ years of experience in leadership, revenue cycle management, and client operations. As Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Cordant Health Solutions, she oversees the full revenue cycle including billing, claims processing, collections, and denial management while also leading account managers responsible for client retention and growth. Chelsey ensures new accounts are onboarded accurately and efficiently, works cross-functionally with finance, IT, and operations teams to monitor key performance indicators, and serves as an executive sponsor for strategic client relationships. Her commitment to exceptional customer service while driving company initiatives has been a hallmark of her career, consistently driving client satisfaction and loyalty across every role she has held. Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Northern Colorado, where she was a four-year student athlete and team captain; an experience that laid the foundation for her collaborative leadership style and the high-performing teams she has built throughout her career.

Cynthia is a Board-Certified Diplomat Forensic Toxicology Specialist with 21+ years of experience in forensic toxicology, laboratory operations, and quality assurance. She oversees all day-to-day laboratory operations, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures Cordant’s laboratories operate at the highest standards of scientific validity, accreditation compliance, and service excellence— reflecting the organization’s commitment to delivering trusted results when they matter most. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Science in Forensic Toxicology from the University of Florida and has been board-certified by the American Board of Forensic Toxicology since 2013. She is recognized as an expert in toxicology interpretation; she has been accepted as an expert witness in multiple states, a testament to the depth of knowledge and credibility she brings to every client we serve.

Joe is the Vice President of Information Technology for Cordant Health Solutions. Joe’s IT career spans 28+ years in software development, network engineering, and systems administration. While maintaining a strong focus on security, Joe and his team strive to build reliable IT systems that continue to increase the efficiency of all departments. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and a Master of Science in IT Management from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also heavily involved volunteering in several youth programs in Northern Arizona, especially Scouting America. Joe is also a certified EMT, lending his skills in a volunteer capacity to scouting activities and local emergency response efforts.
