Long Island Team Walks to Support Recovery

The Cordant Long Island team participated in the Long Island United for Recovery Walk on Sunday, September 30, 2018, to support those battling addiction and to celebrate those in recovery. More than 25 employees, family and friends volunteered their time to help demonstrate that Cordant, a company local to their community, is committed to addressing these issues and believes that we are all part of the solution.

“I think the event gave everyone from Cordant a greater sense of purpose when they saw the people that the epidemic has affected, and the outpouring of support from the community that was seen on Sunday,” said John Rubcewich, national sales manager at Cordant.

Kelly Kiselewsky, human resources business partner at Cordant, continued, “It brings new value to the work we are doing here at Cordant and the lives that we can affect.”
